17. oktobra beigās svinējām savu 2 gadu jubileju.

We are Munch Barbecue, located in Purvciems, Madonas iela 17, at the end of October we celebrated our 2nd anniversary. It started very simple - returning from USA we hated to not be able to eat proper burgers, hot smoked barbecue and Americas famous chicken wings. That was enough to motive and do it ourselves. We have quite short menu, thats why people know why the come to us. We have Burgers, fresh ground Latvian beef, where client selects indigents for his own taste. then we have our Pulled pork, that we smoke daily for 13 hours let it sit for 12, so totally prep takes more than 24 hours before serving. We serve in two ways - Pulled pork sandwich and Dirty Fries. Quite funny story about Dirty Fries - they have become so popular, that restaurants around Riga are copying our dish... but we know its just a copy so does the clients... Third thing is our Buffalo wings, we have 13+ different options from sweet to super Hot, we are only place in Riga (perhaps Latvia) that do the wings the...

Classic American Way:
We are two Owners Actress of Dailes theatre - Lelde Dreimane and her other half hockey Player Eriks Ozollapa, that is also almost all the time at the Location cooking food and keeping the Level, of what we have set the highest standart. Ēriks ilgus gadus dzīvoja Amerikā, kur spēlēja hokeju!

Jā, vēl pirms pāris gadiem burgers tiešām tika uzskatīts par vienu no neveselīgākajiem produktiem, kuru iekļaut uzturā un , protams, joprojām ir mīti par burgeriem un to ietekmi uz veselību!
Mūsu burgeros ir Latvijā audzēta gaļa, ko iepērkam no vietējiem lopkopjiem! Un ja salīdzinām kaloriju daudzumu, tad burgerā tās būs aptuveni 300 kalorijas, turpretim karbonādes porcija satur aptuveni 470 kalorijas, nemaz nepieminot holesterīna un piesātināto tauku apjomu.
